How it’s built
The same 4 × 8 panels and 45° corners as the kits, set on grade on a poured footing — required for every above-grade installation, so frost can't shift the building — with precast lids as the roof and an insulated fiberglass door in a 4 ft opening. Length grows 4 ft at a time; widths to 12 ft are priced per project.

Standard parts come off the published panel rates on the For Builders page; wider lids and finishes are quoted. You see the parts list and a total before you commit. Transportation is quoted separately.

Can the walls have a finish?
Yes. Above grade the panels show, so they can take an exposed aggregate face, quoted with the job.
Is there a kit to start from?
Yes — the well house: 12 × 8 ft, on grade, with an insulated fiberglass door and a gravel floor, at a published kit price of $16,832. Longer buildings step up 4 ft at a time from there.
If your building department needs stamped plans, our engineer seals your layout once you have signed off on the drawing, with the structural calculations attached. His stamp covers the states he is licensed in — tell us where you are building, and we will say what your soil, frost depth or seismic category adds.
