How it’s built
The kits' panels, corners, lids and floor sections, laid out to your footprint. Length steps in 4 ft panels, clear height comes in 8, 10 or 12 ft, and the way in can be a stair, a door on the end, or a door at grade.
How it’s priced
Parts are priced off the published panel rates; anything the rates don't cover, such as a taller wall or a wider lid, is quoted. You see the parts list before you commit.

What should I send?
A sketch with rough dimensions, where it is going and what it is for. A site photo helps.
Can I build a cabin or a home with the panels?
The vault panels are built for storage, not for living in. For a home or any heated space, ask about the basement wall system — it is designed for that.
Do I need a permit?
That depends on your jurisdiction. If yours needs stamped plans, our engineer can seal your layout in the states he is licensed in.
If your building department needs stamped plans, our engineer seals your layout once you have signed off on the drawing, with the structural calculations attached. His stamp covers the states he is licensed in — tell us where you are building, and we will say what your soil, frost depth or seismic category adds.
