Who we are

This website is run by Freestone Underground LLC ("Freestone", "we"). We make precast concrete kits in Nampa, Idaho. What you give us

• When you send a project or kit request: your name, email, and, if you give them, your phone number, whether you are the owner, contractor or designer, what the project is for, where you are building (town or ZIP code), its rough size, anything else you write, and any sketch or photo you attach.
• When you call or email us: whatever you tell us, and your number or address.
• When you buy a kit and register it for the warranty: your order details and the installation photos the warranty asks for.

What the site collects on its own

• Site statistics (Vercel Analytics): which pages are visited, the site that sent you, your device type, browser and country, and a count of form submissions and call or email clicks. It uses no cookies and doesn't follow you to other sites.
• Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics: when you visit the live site these Google tools may set cookies and record how you arrived (for example, from an ad), which pages you view, and whether you sent a request or tapped to call. That tells us which ads bring enquiries. They don't receive what you type into our forms.
• Call tracking: if you arrive from a Google ad, the phone number on the site may be replaced by a Google forwarding number that rings us. Google then reports the call's time, length and the caller's area code, so we know the ad worked.

How we use it

• To answer you, price your project, and supply, deliver and support your kit.
• To run the warranty.
• To see which pages and ads bring enquiries, and to improve the site.
• To keep the business records the law requires.
• We don't send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Who else sees it

• Companies that run the site and our email for us: our website host (Vercel), the service that delivers form emails to us (Resend), and our email provider (Google). They handle it only to provide their service.
• Contractors who help us run the website and our advertising: our web developer and our marketing agency. They see enquiries and statistics to keep the site and ads working, and use them for nothing else.
• People involved in your order, such as the trucking company delivering your kit, and anyone the law requires us to tell.
• We don't sell your personal information, and we don't give what you type into our forms to advertisers.

Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The site still works without them.
• You can turn off personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com, and stop Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
• You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call us and we'll do it, unless we have to keep something for a sale, the warranty or the law, in which case we'll tell you what and why.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: for as long as they're useful for answering you and following up, and no longer than three years after we last heard from you, unless you became a customer.
• Customers: for as long as your warranty runs, plus the time the law requires us to keep sales records.

Keeping it safe

The site runs over an encrypted connection, and the services we use protect what they hold for us. No system is perfectly secure. If something goes wrong with your information, we'll tell you.

Children

The site is for people planning a building project. It isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
