These terms

This website is run by Freestone Underground LLC. By using it you agree to these terms. When you buy a kit, your written quote or invoice and the warranty set out the terms of that sale. Prices and what they cover

• Published prices are for the kit only. Installation, excavation, freight and site work are not included unless your written quote says so.
• Prices, availability and lead times can change, and are set when we give you a written quote. If the site shows a wrong price or detail, we'll correct it and tell you before you order. We won't hold you to a mistake, and you can't hold us to one either.

Drawings, specifications and your site

• The drawings and specifications on this site describe our standard kits, for planning and for talking to your contractor, designer or building department.
• Your site is yours to assess. Soil, groundwater, loads, access, setbacks, permits and local code requirements differ from place to place. Check them, with a qualified professional where your jurisdiction requires one, before you order and build. Ask us and we'll help with what we know about the kit.

The warranty

Kits are covered by the Freestone No Bull Warranty, on the terms on the Warranty page. Apart from that warranty and anything your written quote says, the website and its content are provided as they are, and we make no other promises about them.

What you send us

Please send accurate details, and only sketches or photos you have the right to share. By sending them, you let us use them to answer you and prepare your quote. We won't publish them without asking you.

Our content

The text, photos, drawings, logo and model names on this site belong to Freestone Underground. You're welcome to print or share them for your own project, permit or bid. Please don't copy them to sell a competing product or to present them as your own.

Other websites

Links to other sites are there for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

Limits

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using this website or relying on its general information, as opposed to your written quote and the warranty. Nothing here limits a right the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Idaho law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts serving Canyon County, Idaho.
