Step-by-Step Installation
Once your site is excavated, spread 3/4” road mix (or base) 6” thick and with a plate compactor and water, compact the area. When the site work is finished mark out your walls using stakes and a dark chalkline.The installation process is straightforward.
Boom panels into position using a telehandler or medium excavator
Start from a corner and align precisely
Glue, bolt, and seal each connection
Finish with a concrete slab and structural lid or Tuff Shed.
This process is fast, clean, and highly reliable, requiring far less manpower and coordination than conventional builds.
